Video Assistant Referee, A Hit or A Miss

The on-going FIFA confederations cup features the use of the VAR on a trial basis.

DEFINITION: The video assistant referee(VAR) is a football(soccer) referee that review decisions made by the head referee with the use of video footage and a headset for communication.

The VAR will help head referees award the right goals, make the right penalty decisions, penalise the right players for fouls committed.
But this new technology has drawn alot of critisms from soccer fans, coaches, players, officials and governing bodies of the beautiful game of soccer. Many believes the VAR system will take away some funs in the game. The delay during a match, sometimes the decisions from the VAR might not be correct. We are humans, making mistakes is our nature.
We believe the referees are well trained and certified professionals. Their decisions during a match should be final.

Pros
1. It will help shape players behaviour on field. It will be very difficult to fake a foul or dive unjustly. Players will be very careful in their tackles and it will reduce the rate at which some hurt others.
2. It will introduce some kind of fairness to the game
3. It will help save the face of referees in the "blame game"

Cons
1. It might kill the morale of the footballers and fans during a match because the referee will have to pause the game for sometime to go review the videos.
2. Since the referee won't consider all controversies in a match for a review before making His final decision, It will create some kind of unfairness in the game because there are no rules to guide the referee on which goal, fouls, etc needs a review.

Based on these points, do you feel the implimentation of the Video Assistant Referee is going to make the game more interesting or it will kill the vibes in the game?
